mens sana in corpore sano” a healthy mind in a healthy body. The famous phrase which inspired us to keep the body healthy and fit. Since physical exercise become essential part of mental and psychological well-being, so that we always encourage our students to do it 3 times a week. Preparing their mentally-psychologically fit is one of our training programmes. In the near future they will be ready for any challenges they faced as Future Generations Teacher.
